SHIPPING POLICY

On average, orders will be processed/shipped within 3-5 business days of being received.  Orders will ship from North East Kansas.​

Local Pickup

You may skip shipping fees by selecting "local pick-up" at checkout.  Your order will be processed in the same timeframe of 3-5 business days.  You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup, along with additional instructions for pick-up.

Pre-Order Items

Any items that are pre-order items will be listed as pre-order.  Please note that shipping may take longer than usual on pre-order items because we do not have pre-order items in stock.

Lost Packages

Oak & Willow is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. If your package says it has been delivered but does not appear to be delivered to your address, please file a claim with USPS:

RETURN POLICY

Oak & Willow accepts returns for store-credit only.  If you would like to initiate a return, please contact oakandwillow717@gmail.com.  The item must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition*.  The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. Once the item being returned is received by Oak & Willow, we will check over the item to ensure it has not been worn or is damaged in any way.  If the item is deemed eligible for return by Oak & Willow, you will receive store credit for the original purchase, not including shipping cost.  All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
